RANGEMATE is a new concept of cooker.
It removed food-drying, which is the main one of microwave oven, bursting of
egg or packed food, taste & fragrance getting worse, and food inside getting
uncooked with outside burnt.

It is the best to eat
raw vegetable for nutrient intake, but lower in the rate of digestion. That
is why it should be cooked, but the nutrients of vegetable are mainly water
soluble substance such as water soluble vitamin, inorganic substance, sugar
and so on, so it is easily emitted outside with the contact with water. In
the case that spinach is parboiled in water, vitamin C and inorganic substance
are emitted in a great deal. However, it is the most effective and ideal way
to cook with Rangemate, due to less loss of nutrients.

frozen food.
Ice is closely combined
by water molecule with polarity as a certain form. Since water molecule does
not rotate and is transmitted as it is, even if microwave is projected to
the ice, the heat is not generated. In the case of unfreezing frozen food
with microwave oven, ice is melt not by microwave oven but heat water drops
around the ice first and then that heated water drops melt the ice, so for
cooking frozen food, the outside is burnt or dried but the inside is kept
uncooked, making it difficult to cook with microwave oven.
Therefore, microwave
is not continuously generated during unfreezing with microwave oven, giving
the time first-melted hot water to melt the ice.
However, Rangemate
heat not directly with microwave but with far-infrared, Vapor, Radiant heat and so on, without
the need to unfreeze frozen food first.
